Return and refund policy

Every item in our store is printed and made to order just for you. Because nothing is pulled from existing stock, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size choices, or a change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

We do stand behind the quality of what we ship. If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you get the wrong item, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@thespacerace.news. Include your order number and clear photos of the problem (the item and, for damage, the packaging it came in). We'll review it and sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you. There's nothing to ship back unless we ask you to.

Wrong size or address

Since each piece is made to order, we can't cover a size that didn't fit or an order that shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. Double-check your size and shipping details before you place the order. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, email us fast and we'll try to update it before production starts, though we can't guarantee it. If your size didn't work out, reach out and we'll set you up with a discounted replacement order for the correct one.

Lost in transit

If your tracking shows a problem or your order hasn't arrived in a reasonable time, contact us at hello@thespacerace.news and we'll open a claim with the carrier and get you taken care of.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards can't be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We don't process exchanges on made-to-order items. If you need a different size or design, place a new order. If your original arrived damaged or defective, see the section above and we'll replace it.

European Union 14 day cooling-off period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us at hello@thespacerace.news to start this.

Refunds

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or credit card company may need extra time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still don't see it, contact us at hello@thespacerace.news.
